SMS Conversation Report

This report includes information relating to SMS Conversations, broken-out by store, including:

  • Customer name

  • Dates/times of SMS messages

  • To/From phone number

  • Message Content

Note: For the SMS Conversations report to run successfully, you must first enable the SMS Replies alert.
Navigate to: Setup > Program Configuration > Store > Site Defaults > Alert (Special) > Enable "SMS Replies".

To access the report:

Select the Reports tab, then Reports Gallery.

Next, expand Customer. Select either SMS Conversations, SMS Conversations - Delimited, or SMS Conversations - Export.

Select which stores' SMS conversations should be included in the report or click Select All. Click OK.

Select the time- and date-range for the report. Click OK.

Review the final SMS Conversations report
