Sometimes you might need to change devices. When this happens, the Delivery Connect Mobile or Connect Mobile license needs to be removed from the devices that are no longer in use.
You can quickly and easily manage device licenses for all of our services from the Help Center. You can also revoke licenses directly from the app on the device. This article will describe how to manage licenses through these different methods.
Help Center
From the Help Center, select Licenses.
In the Service drop-down menu at the top, choose Connect Mobile or Delivery Connect Mobile. A list of all of your devices currently licensed to the service you chose will appear.
Choose whether you want to block or revoke the device:
Revoke: When you revoke a license, it removes the license from a device so that you can use that license on a different device.
Block: When you block a device, the license is removed from a device and that device is blocked from your account. This feature is particularly useful if you need to block a device before you can disable a user's credentials. Once a device is blocked, it can't be unblocked.
Connect Mobile
On the old device, open Connect Mobile.
At the top-left of the screen, select the Menu button.
Select About.
Select REVOKE LICENSE. This immediately revokes the Connect Mobile license for the current device.
The license is now available to be used on another device!
Delivery Connect Mobile
On the old device, open Delivery Connect Mobile.
At the bottom-left of the screen, select Logout.
At the top-right of the screen, select the Settings gear.
Select Revoke License. This immediately revokes the Delivery Connect Mobile license for the current device.
The license is now available to be used on another device!
