Batch Emails

To send a batch email, navigate to:
Menu > Email/Messaging > Email/SMS - Batch > Email

To begin, select either:
Select Stores/Routes: This option lets you select between your store, counter, route, or hotel customers.

OR

Select Users: This option allows you to select SPOT Users.

Once you have selected who you want to message, navigate to the next tab: 2 Compose.

Type in your subject.

(Optional) Select an attachment.

For the message you can choose a pre-constructed template or manually type your message.

If you want to use a template, select the .

Choose from a list of templates in your shared folder, or select Load From File to select a template that is locally stored.

Finally, once you have selected your recipients and your message, navigate to the final tab 3 Send.

To enable the send button, select Preview first.

Warning! There is no confirmation. Once send is selected, it will begin sending. Select Send in the upper left hand corner. You may be prompted to select an Email Tracking Category. Unless you have been working BECreative, you likely do not need to select one of these.

As SPOT queues the message for delivery, you will see the list populate.

Once finished, you will receive a confirmation.
