Report: Customer Rewards Programs - Expired

This report lists expired rewards programs, as well as customers without a rewards program.

The report is located at:

Reports > Reports Gallery > Customer > Customer Rewards Programs - Expired

This report is listed by rewards profile then by customer name. Listed below is the column headers and their description.

Customer: Customer last name, first name.

Phone: Default phone number for the customer.

RewardName: Customer rewards profile. If the customer does not have a profile it will display x - No Rewards Program.

Points: This is the total of points accrued by the customer.

ExpDate: This is the expiration date for the customers rewards profile.
