Setup


Templates

We’ll start by creating a new SMS or email template. For email templates, we recommend partnering with BeCreative360 to ensure your brand is seamlessly integrated, providing a cohesive marketing experience for your customers.

To create SMS/Email templates in SPOT, navigate to:

Menu > Email/Messaging > Edit Document Templates (Email/SMS)

SPOT Program Configuration

Next, we’ll configure our SPOT-side settings, assigning the templates you’ve created for use in the Kiosk Pickup process. In SPOT, navigate to:

Setup > Program Configuration > Company> Conveyor Settings > Conveyors > YourConveyor

At the bottom of the list of settings for your Storage conveyor, you’ll find two new options.

  • Kiosk - API Receipt Template Email

  • Kiosk - API Receipt Template SMS

Use the drop-down menu to select the templates created in the previous step. Note that the templates available for selection are the very same you created using the Edit Document Templates tool.

Once selected, the template will apply to all Kiosk Pickup transactions for this particular Storage conveyor.

Note

If you have more than once Kiosk, you’ll have to assign the templates at each individual Storage Conveyor configuration.
