Locker KPI's Report

This report is located at:
Reports > Report Gallery > Locker > Locker KPI's

Once the report is selected, you will be required to select the stores that you would like to include on the report.

Next you will be prompted with a date/time selection.

Choose what time range you would like to view.

This report will show you a breakdown of sales, lockers, and activity by buildings listed on your routes, created in Delivery Console. This is then grouped by stores, if multiple are selected, then by routes. If you are looking for a current value of lockers on a route, this is the report for you. Keep in mind that you can change a route a building is on, this could cause it to appear multiple times.

Columns Explained

Building: This is the name located in Delivery Console > Locker Banks > Building Name.

Route: This is the route that the following line information belongs to.

Sales: This is the value of the invoices that belong to the route line, that were sold during the time constraint specified during report generation, that belong to the building line.

# Lockers: This is the number of the lockers that belong to the building line.

Sales/Locker: This is Sales divided by the # Lockers to show the sales per locker.

Active: This is the number of lockers in use at the time the report is run. Tip: This is not based on the time constraint used when generating the report.

Active %: This is the percent of lockers in use at the time the report is run. Tip: This is not based on the time constraint used when generating the report.

Totals

All column totals are a culmination of the data presented except for Active %. This column is the average of the data listed.
