KPI Report Breakdown

Article summary

The key performance indicators (KPI) report was created to give a greater view of processed pieces and how their revenue match up to labor hours.

Run the Report

Navigate to the 'Reports' tab, then select Reports Gallery.

Once you have reached the gallery. Select Management > Key Performance Indicators > Key Performance Indicators.

Here you will be given the option to select anywhere from 1 to all of your stores.

Lastly, select the date/time range that you would like to review your key performance indicators.

Reading the report

The top columns will reflect your store number.

The rows, i.e. specific elements included in the report, are defined as follows:

[01] % Inventory Over 30

% of orders in Ready status that were racked over 30 days ago. Excludes orders with “Exactimate” or “restoration” in the price table name.

[02] # DC Pcs Processed


[03] DC Revenue Per Piece


[21] Upcharge % For DC Items

Only includes assembled orders with “D/C”, “Dry Clean”, “Dryclean”, or “Clean and Press” in the department group name, and excludes items named “Express Bag”.

[04] # Pants Processed


[05] Revenue Per Pant Processed

Only includes assembled orders with “D/C”, “Dry Clean”, “Dryclean”, or “Clean and Press” in the department group name and with “Pant” or “Pants” in the category or item name, and excludes items named “Express Bag”.

[07] Revenue Per Shirt Processed


[22] Upcharge % For Shirts Processed

Only includes assembled orders with “Laundry” in the department group name and with “Shirt” in the department, category, or item name, and excludes items named “Express Bag”.

Only includes pieces for assembled orders with “D/C”, “Dry Clean”, “Dryclean”, or “Clean and Press” in the department group name (excluding items named “Express Bag”) and labor categories with “D/C”, “Dry Clean”, or “Dryclean” in the name.

[27] Pant Labor As % Of Pant Revenue

Only includes pieces for assembled orders with “D/C”, “Dry Clean”, “Dryclean”, or “Clean and Press” in the department group name and that have “Pant” in the category name or item name (excluding items named ”Express Bag) and labor categories with “D/C”, “Dry Clean”, or “Dryclean” in the name.

Only includes pieces for assembled orders with “D/C”, “Dry Clean”, “Dryclean”, “Clean and Press”. “Laundry”, “Household”, “Formal”, or “Leather” in the department group name (excluding items named “Express Bag”) and labor categories EXCLUDING those with “CSR”, “Office”, “Maintenance”, “Restoration”, “Driver”, and “Route” in the name.

[33] CSR Revenue per Hour Worked

Shows the incoming item total (excluding upcharges) divided by the total hours worked in labor categories with “CSR” in the name.

[34] CSR Labor As % Of Revenue

Shows total standard pay for hours worked in labor categories with “CSR” in the name divided by incoming sales.
