Spot’s Delivery Connect enables you and your staff to view, edit, and add Route customers' information via a convenient, intuitive web interface, fully synced with your Spot database.
If you use Delivery Connect Mobile, you automatically have access to Delivery Connect! All you need to do is upgrade your SPOT Routes to Delivery Connect. Otherwise, contact Spot Sales by email or phone at 801-208-2212 for purchase details.
Requirements
Merchants interested in provisioning Delivery Connect should contact Xplor Spot’s Sales Team by email or at 801-208-2212.
To utilize Delivery Connect, you must first own the following add-ons:
Delivery Connect Mobile Critical component and main requirement for Delivery Connect.
API (Customer Connect) Even if you do not intend to use CustomerConnect as a portal for your users to manage their accounts, the API framework is necessary for Delivery Connect usage. The API is bundled with CustomerConnect. Inquire with our Sales department for more information regarding the API.
Spot You must already be a Spot user.
Onboarding Series
The Delivery Connect Onboarding Series encompasses invaluable information essential for understanding the fundamentals of Delivery Connect. It is strongly recommended as the initial stage in your onboarding process. Engaging with the video content within our onboarding series will aptly equip you for the upcoming journey and provide the essential knowledge necessary to maximize the success of your subsequent one-on-one training sessions with our esteemed Onboarding Specialists.

Overview
Sign In
There are two ways to sign in to Delivery Connect. You can either go directly to the Delivery Connect website, or you can access the features from Connect by clicking on the Delivery tab. Both methods use the same credentials described below:
Account Key This is provided by Spot Support at 801-208-2210.
User Name This is the Spot user name. Valid users are listed in Setup > User Groups Rights > Users tab. The Login Name field contains the user name.
Password This is the Spot user password. It is found in the Password field of Setup > User Groups Rights > Users > (Select user). If you don't know this you must reset it.
Note that the current App Version and API Version are displayed at the bottom of the screen. This information may be necessary for Support or diagnostics.
Update Spot Route Tab
In order to change your Spot Route Tab to automatically launch Delivery Connect, you will need to change a workstation setting.
Setup > Program Configuration > Workstation > System Menu Settings > Use Delivery Connect
Make sure to check this setting.
Important: This function will use your system's default browser. We highly recommend using Google Chrome as your default browser. To set your default browser, select the Windows key, type "Default apps", click Default apps, and click the button below Web browser. From the list of available browsers, select Google Chrome. If Chrome is not listed here, you likely need to download and install it here.
