You choose the banner at the top, the update cards in the carousel, and the Terms & Conditions link, and the app picks them up on its next launch. This article shows you where those settings live and what each one does. ## The home screen After you sign in, the home screen has four parts: - **Banner**: a single image across the top. Tapping it opens the link you set. - **Updates**: a carousel of cards. Each card shows its image, its label, and a **Tap to view** prompt. Tapping a card opens its link. - **Services**: your enabled features, such as Pickup, On My Way, Lockers, Subscriptions, and Refer. - **Bottom bar**: Home, Orders, Offers, Gift Cards, and Info. ![CustomerConnect Mobile home screen with the banner, the Updates carousel, and the Services list](https://cdn.document360.io/86a8744c-d02a-49e5-9276-391fb98b41c5/Images/Setting/CCM03_home-450.png) The welcome screen shows your update cards too. The Services list and the bottom bar are controlled by other CustomerConnect settings and are not covered here. ## Where the settings live Start in SPOT: 1. Select **Setup** > **Program Configuration**. 2. Select the **Company** tab. 3. Expand **CustomerConnect Settings** > **CustomerConnect Profiles**, select your profile, and select **Edit**. 4. In the **Edit Settings** dialog, select **Configure Settings…**. 5. The **Category** value decides where it appears in the app. | Category | Where it shows | How many | | --- | --- | --- | | `banner` | The image at the top of the home screen | One active banner | | `updates` | A card in the Updates carousel | As many as you want | | `legal` | The Terms & Conditions link on the **Info** tab | One | Images are not uploaded into SPOT. The banner does not print its label, so this is for your reference. | | Link | `https://www.yourlinkhere.com` | Where the app goes when someone taps the banner. | | Icon | `https://yourlinkhere.com/image.jpg` | The direct URL of the banner image. | | Category | **banner** | Leave this as `banner`. | To change the banner, open the banner link, replace the **Icon** URL, and save. There is no gallery of banners to pick from: whatever URL is in the **Icon** field is the banner. > [!WARNING] > **One banner at a time** > > If you keep more than one banner link in the list, only one can be active. ![Home screen after switching the banner image](https://cdn.document360.io/86a8744c-d02a-49e5-9276-391fb98b41c5/Images/Setting/CCM03_banner-swapped-450.png) **Banner image size:** 900 × 360 pixels. --- ## Updates Update cards are how you talk to your customers from the home screen: weather that affects your valet routes, holiday hours, a new service, a seasonal special. Every update needs one, or the card shows a blank line where the title should be. | | Link | `https://www.yourlinkhere.com` | Where the app goes when someone taps the card. | | Icon | `https://yourlinkhere.com/image.jpg` | The direct URL of the card image. | | Category | **updates** | Leave this as `updates`. | Cards appear in the carousel in the same order as the **Links** list. The label and the **Tap to view** prompt are drawn over the lower-left corner of the image, so keep that corner clear of text in your artwork. --- ## Legal The legal link puts your Terms & Conditions one tap away on the **Info** tab. Select **OK** to close the settings dialog, **OK** again to close **Edit Settings**, then **Save** in Program Configuration. 2.
