Alerts help you understand what you need to do at your store. There are many different alerts you can use to help run your business. This article will describe how to choose the alerts you want to see and how to change the order in which they display.
1. Choose your alerts.
To select the alerts you want displayed on your home screen, use these steps:
Go to Setup > Program Configuration > Store > Site Defaults > Alerts and click Edit.
Place a check next to each alert that you want to receive. For example, if you want to receive alerts for all Pickups Not Paid, place a check next to PNP Orders - All.
2. Adjust the order of your alerts.
By default, alerts are listed alphabetically on your screen, and you might have more than one page of alerts. If you want to reorder how the alerts are displayed to keep important alerts on the first page, use these steps:
Go to Setup > Program Configuration > Company > Operation Settings > Alerts.
You will see a list of all enabled alerts. Use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to change the alert's display order.
