Setup > Program Configuration > Company > Markin Settings > Modifiers > Brands > Incremental List Setup > Modifier Input Type
Set this to 'Incremental'.
To add/remove/edit these brands, navigate to:
Setup > Program Configuration > Company > Markin Settings > Modifiers > Brands > Incremental List Setup > Modifier Input Type
