Sometimes you might need to know what a customer's tax entity, or tax rate, is. To locate a customer's tax rate, complete the steps below:
1. Go to Setup > Program Configuration.
2. Click Store.
3. Select Invoice Settings.
4. Locate Tax Entity on the table displayed to view the customer's tax rate.
