This report shows processed OTS-based Coupons, for Customers using the OTS service. See What is OTS? for more information. Returned columns are the following:
Coupon Name
Coupon Count
Coupon Amount
Invoice Count
Invoice Total
To access the report:
Select the Reports tab, then Reports Gallery.
Next, expand Adjustments, click Coupons Summary - OTS, then select the Crystal Report tile of the same name.
Select the dates and times for the report.
Review the returned report.
