Delivery Tab on Customer View

The enhanced Delivery Tab in Connect has the new functionality of showing if a customer lives in an area serviced by your delivery business and setting them up for delivery services. This new functionality allows you to add customers to service plans and schedule pickups for them without going to Delivery Connect or even having the Delivery Role enabled in Connect. This article explains how to use the Delivery Tab.
Search for a customer and double-click their name to pull up their customer information.
Select the Delivery tab. If the customer doesn’t have an address associated with their account, you must add an address to use this feature. To add an address, use these steps:
Click Add Address, and a pop-up will appear for you to enter the address for the customer.
Fill out the form and click Add.
Click New Stop to create a new stop.
Choose an eligible service plan and click next.
The service windows are already populated. If you want to adjust them for this customer, toggle the switch from Basic to Advanced and click Next after you make the necessary adjustments.
Adjust the delivery settings and instructions, then click Finish.
Review the stop, availability, instructions, and images for that customer and click Save.
Now you can schedule a visit!
