Everything in Connect starts with a search. Our new search feature is intuitive and easy to use! After you select a customer, you can choose what you would like to do with that customer. You can search by the methods listed below:
Customer: This is the default search method. There are many ways to pull up a customer.
Search by first name, last name, email address, or phone number.
Scan an order, HSL, or anything that you typically scan, and the customer associated with it will populate. If you scan a Quick, it will go too the detail screen.
Order: Scan or enter an order to search for it.
Item: Scan or enter the item ID or HSL to pull up that item.
Advanced Search
With advanced search, you can search for nearly anything to find what you need! You can search for one field, or all fields. Once you've entered information into a field, the search button will be enabled. Advanced search is available for customers and items.
On the search screen, choose what you want to search for from the drop-down menu. You can choose either Customer or Item.
Click on the Advanced Search icon to the right of the search bar.
Use whichever search term you need, within the parameters, to find what you're looking for. Customer and Item have different fields available for searching. Select a term to view the available search fields:
